Return Policy
We are happy to exchange any product you have purchased from us with a valid store receipt within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and with tags on, otherwise we will not be able to resell merchandise. You will receive a store credit if an immediate exchange is not made. Sale and Personalized Items are final, meaning, they are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Terms We accept VISA/MC, American Express, and Discover. We do accept checks.
Shipping Policy
If you live out-of-state or out of the Lithia Area, we will ship in stock items within 48 hours. Personalized items can take up to 3 weeks depending on availability and turnaround time. Our shipping and handling fee for UPS delivery is below and we can certainly expedite your order for an increased shipping and handling charge as noted:
· Three business days via UPS will be $7.00 extra
· Overnight via FedEx will be $15.00 extra
· Canada please add $5.00 extra to the chart below.

Shipping Address Options
Sending a gift? Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. If you're sending a gift, you can add a personal message at no extra charge and we’ll include a gift receipt and don’t worry, we'll remove the prices.
